A savvy vest for a little man

I was going through my old clothes the other day and came across this linen material that I had cut up out of a skirt. Immediately I thought it would make the cutest vest for the little one; it just had to be. I used Make it And Love It's tutorial for drafting up your own boy vest and was so happy how easy it was.

The best part is that it can be a reversible vest.

And of course, our little one looked like a little stud.

My favorite part are the buttons.

The tie is a refashion or alternation of one of the hubbies old ties. It didn't work for the hubs, but it's perfect for a little boy

I'm submitting this at the Project Run and Play contest, which me luck!

  3. The vest is great (I love a refashioned project and those awesome buttons). But I have to say, your son just steals the show-- the camera loves him! The picture of him behind the chair is just darling!
